Mitä tietoja käsitellään. Kuittien kuvat, niistä luetut tiedot (päivämäärä, vastapuoli, summa, ALV, tili, selite) ja kirjatut tositteet. Kuitissa voi olla henkilötietoja, esimerkiksi myyjän tai maksajan nimi.
Missä tiedot ovat. Kaikki tiedot tallentuvat sinun omaan AIMEATiisi, sinun nimissäsi: kuvat tiedostovarastoon, tositteet kirjanpitoon ja sovelluksen oma kuukausikirja muistiin avaimilla, jotka alkavat "tosite.". Sovelluksen tekijä ei saa kopiota tiedoista.
Tekoälymalli. Kuitin kuva lähetetään sinun valitsemallesi mallille sinun omalla avaimellasi. Mallin tarjoaja käsittelee kuvaa omien ehtojensa mukaan. Jokaisesta mallin lukemasta kuitista tallennetaan alkuperämerkintä: malli ehdotti, henkilö vahvisti.
Jako. Kuukauden kuittikuvat näkyvät ryhmän "accountant" jäsenille vain, kun olet avannut kuukauden. Kuukauden sulkeminen perii jaon.
Säilytys ja poisto. Kirjatut tositteet säilyvät kirjanpidossa kirjanpitolain vaatiman ajan. Kuvat ja sovelluksen muistitiedot voit poistaa oman AIMEATisi työkaluilla tai pyytää omaa tekoälyäsi poistamaan ne.
Rekisterinpitäjä. Sinä, oman AIMEATisi omistajana. Sovellus ei kerää tietoja kenellekään muulle.

What is processed. Receipt photos, the data read from them (date, counterparty, total, VAT, account, description) and the booked vouchers. A receipt can carry personal data, such as a seller's or payer's name.
Where the data lives. Everything is stored on your own AIMEAT, under your name: the photos in file storage, the vouchers in the ledger, and the app's own month record in memory under keys that start with "tosite.". The app's author receives no copy.
The AI model. The receipt photo is sent to the model you chose, with your own key. The model's provider processes the picture under its own terms. Every receipt the model read carries a provenance record: the model proposed, a person confirmed.
Sharing. A month's receipt photos are visible to the members of the group "accountant" only while you keep the month open. Closing the month revokes the share.
Retention and deletion. Booked vouchers stay in the ledger for the period bookkeeping law requires. Photos and the app's memory records can be deleted with your AIMEAT's own tools, or by asking your own AI.
Controller. You, as the owner of your AIMEAT. The app collects nothing for anyone else.
